What is considered when making child custody decisions?

If there is one thing that can immediately bring divorce settlement negotiations to a standstill, it is deciding who will get child custody or visitation. Developing an agreement that is in the best interest of the child and that the parents agree with can be very difficult in some cases.

'Material girl' wants son returned to New York City

It's easy to forget that Madonna is the mother to four children, especially when you watch her music videos or her concerts. She has four, though, ages 19, 15, 10 and 9. A throwback photo of the superstar with her four kids was captioned with "It's possible to be an entertainer and a good mother. Too bad we don't live in a society where many encourage strong independent single working moms. The next great Frontier!"
